We have a full-service pharmacy that offers many of the medications that your pet will need, as well as prescription food and treats, and over-the-counter products and supplements. For your convenience, we can also contact your regular veterinarian to have your pet’s prescriptions refilled at their office.

Return Policy:
The FDA Compliance Policy Guideline 7132.09 and the Board of Pharmacy indicate that we should not accept drugs for return. The hospital remains responsible for contamination or adulteration of drugs.
- The pharmacy may not accept any dispensed product for refund unless it is in an unopened foil wrapper or in a sealed prepackaged container. In such cases the hospital will refund 50% of the fee as a good will gesture.
- Products past expiration date will not be accepted under any circumstances. Other unused dispensed products will be accepted for return and disposal only.
- Unopened canned pet foods or unopened bags of dry food will be accepted for full refund.
We appreciate the concern regarding costs of products. Please understand the need to comply strictly with the guidelines. Staff MAY NOT make exceptions to this hospital policy. Consider please if you would be willing to accept a product to treat your pet, if that product had been opened and returned to the hospital
